Leyland & Farington Social Club, Derby St, Leyland.
Another successful night was held at the Leyland & Farington Social Club in support of Motor Neuron Disease and over £1,400:00 was made on the night to a full capacity crowd.
Soul music from across the board was delivered by Soulaid (Steve Curry, Steve Clayton & Clive Farley) with two guest appearances from Monaco Ball Room & Formby Halls favourite Bob Taylor.
The evening was arranged and organised by Ali who has now put on three successive events over three years. With Soulaid knowing very well how much effort this takes we should all acknowledge this effort and give Ali a great big ‘Well Done’ pat on the back.
Also thanks to Charlie Smith, as usual, for the supply of equipment and being the guy in the back room co-ordinating all of this and acting as a go-between involving the Club, Ali and Soulaid.
