WALK SUNDAY 14th JUNE 2009
We have pledges for almost £700:00 in support of Cancer Research of which
most has been collected. On Sunday 14th June we registered and stated at
the Grizedale Visitors Centre at around 10:30 and after the 10 mile trek
arrived back just over 4 hours later. The day was perfect summer weather
forwalking. The worst part was stopping for lunch, it was so difficult getting
started again. In describing the walk Susan said in some places it was hard,
the rest of the walk was bloody hard!
